Autonomous device for license plates recognition with one IP camera. It may be installed under all conditions. Even the absence of a wired Internet connection would not be a problem. Data transfer is carried out over a wireless channel when an external 3G modem is connected. LPR BOX CYCLOPS recognises license plates even at speeds up to 190 km per hour and supports the Real Time Streaming Protocol.
